I stumbled across this brand at Ulta. It’s no secret Eva & I love it there AND we love trying new products! 🙃

I decided to buy the undereye tint and the multistick. YOU CANNOT BEAT THE PRICE!! So why not?!

Now for my thoughts and review! LET’S TALK MILANI!

I will keep this quick & to the point! 🤩

I like both the undereye tint and multistick equally. They both apply nicely.

The undereye tint is great along without concealer over it. I don’t like to wear heavy makeup under my eyes because it just makes me look so much older – I like a more natural look.

The multistick bronzer I also use alone on my cheeks (if I am pressed for time), but if I have more time it is great for contouring! ALSO – it can be used as a lip color but I will not use it for that; it’s way too dark for me!

I really like to try products a few times before I give a review.

SO.. a super simple review today… but you get the point! I love when a less expensive makeup product really works. I had never heard of Milani before, and I’m glad I stumbled upon it. It works well on my more mature skin, so I can only imagine how much Eva will love it, too.

Speaking of.. did you see her post last week on a much less expensive lash primer that works?!

2 – Moon Anti-cavity Whitening Fluoride Fresh Mint Toothpaste

I have been using Moon toothpaste for about 5 months now. I’m not surprised that my teeth aren’t any whiter, nothing seems to whiten my teeth! 😐

On a positive note, after brushing with this my teeth feel super clean, like “I just left the dentist clean”. It has a GREAT flavor and leaves my breath minty fresh.

Moon products are 100% vegan and cruelty free. They are also free from SLS/SLES, parabens, animal products and artificial flavors. Eva and I definitely don’t consider ourselves “all-natural” product users but we LOVE when we do find all-natural products that really work.

Mario Badescu Hyaluronic Eye Cream

We are both loving Mario Badescu hyaluronic eye cream.

Dawn here~ Eva had ordered a MB mini sampler set. One of the products in the set was the hyaluronic eye cream. She told me after one use how hydrating it was. My skin LOVES hyaluronic acid (absorbs it like a sponge) so I ordered it right away.

It also contains aloe, cocoa butter, urea and vitamin E.

Like Eva, I immediately liked it! This is a PERFECT pre-concealer eye cream; goes on light but it’s intensely hydrating. It is also great for dry and tired under eyes.

Mario Badescu hyaluronic eye cream - LOVING this for Five Things Friday Part 22!!

Unbelievable price point for the amount you get.

Eva here – I COULD NOT AGREE more with what Dawn said above! I am obsessed and have posted about this a few times. Great for the price. We love a good deal. I think Mario Badescu has some great products for a good price point – and this is a great place to start if you are new to skincare and/or on a budget.

Cryoderm Pain Relieving Roll-on

LASTLY!! We’ve also been meaning to talk about this one for 2 weeks now.

Cryoderm is hands down the BEST roll on pain reliever! I also love that it comes in a pack of two, because I know Eva and I BOTH keep one at home and in our cars/purse.

I (Dawn) am the QUEEN of injuries, sore muscles, aches and pains! UGH!

Cryoderm contains menthol (I don’t think it smells bad) has eucalyptus in it and MSN. This product is cold, not hot. It is a roll on that dries clear, does not leave residue on skin or clothing. Easy to apply and relieves pain within minutes.

WHAT’S IN MY MAKEUP BAG (PART 2)

So.. there really is two sides of me. And my daily look is very different from Eva’s.

This is really because my lifestyle for 30+ years was to throw on work out clothes, run my house cleaning business, and hair in ponytail. I would sweat so much during the day it just wasn’t worth it. My mature skin also can’t handle a lot of heavy makeup everyday. Eva went to an office everyday so she got really accustomed to a different lifestyle.

Daily – I wear makeup but I keep it very simple. 90% of the time my hair is in a ponytail. I NEVER leave home without mascara.

Going out – (even though we aren’t doing much of this these days) I have a WHOLE DIFFERENT regimen. I wear eyeshadow, eyeliner, bright lipstick, colored foundation. I like a lot of sparkles and shimmers. LOL.

BUT for today’s makeup bag, I’m showing you my DAILY LOOK!

(Also.. Eva and I are total opposite, I ALWAYS do my hair first then makeup)

First things first, PRIMER. Eva got me into this one and I LOVE IT. Please note I really do use a lot of mascaras… lol. I focus a lot on eyes (but no eyeliner in this everyday look).

FOUNTAIN OF TRUTH – WHAT IS THIS?

Fountain of Truth. What is this? Who has heard of this?

Eva here. I had never heard of this tool until Dawn bought it for me to try. I am super self conscious of my undereyes (just being honest) and she swears by this.

Now here is the funny part. Are you ready??!?!? LOL. I can hardly contain myself writing this.

Dawn, her sister, and myself…all thought this was JUST A TOOL. We had NO IDEA that there was product inside. Dawn texted me Sunday night with a video link showing how to use it… and there is PRODUCT IN IT!!! We were kind of mindblown. And of course, happy, because there was PRODUCT to use that has rave reviews.

We posted a LIVE video on Instagram explaining this in more detail. lol.

(Prior to knowing there was product in it, we were using our own eye creams and oils..and still LOVED the tool. So that says A LOT!)

I cannot.

With that said…and now that we know product is in it.. we still LOVE IT!
