Five Things Friday Part 24 is back this week! I, Dawn, am bringing you the first 4 and Eva the last one.
Things have been a little crazy with the massive amounts of snow, Eva’s kids school being closed due to such, & the usual chaos of life. Who can relate?!
All of our Five Things Friday Posts found HERE!
Eva and I LOVE Yeti products!
I (Dawn) gave my husband and Eva’s husband the Yeti 16 oz. and 12 oz. Rambler Can Insulators for Christmas gifts last year. The boys love their IPA beers and the 16 oz. fits them perfectly.
The 12 oz. fits your standard size sodas, beers etc. I just ordered the 12 oz. (slim) for myself, this fits energy drinks, spiked seltzers and canned wine. (don’t judge! Lol!)
So easy to use, available in a variety of colors, super compact, durable, dishwasher safe, and most of all keeps beverages REALLY, REALLY COLD!!
Like other Yeti products, these are well worth the money.
Dawn here~ Thanks to COVID my hands have taken a beating. I am constantly washing and sanitizing them.
I am a big Wendy Williams fan – HOW YOU DOIN’? Lol! She is always talking about and applying Gold Bond Age Defense Hand Cream during her talk show. Her hands look so youthful, soft, and smooth that it made me want to try it.
I’m loving it, Thanks Wendy!
Within days my hands were nourished and moistures again. It has a light scent that is not overpowering. GB intensively hydrates hands with seven replenishing moisturizers – including hyaluronic acid and 3 vitamins – including vitamin C. It also has SPF 20 which helps defend against daily sun exposure.
You only need a “dime size” amount…a little goes along way. I have a tendency to squeeze too much out of the tub (SHOCKER) which leaves a white residue on my skin that takes awhile to absorb.
This is a reliable and effective hand cream! Highly recommend it!
Dawn here~I am BEYOND impressed with COSRX products! They absorb into my mature skin fast and gives my skin a natural glow without any greasy residue.
Cosrx Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence keeps my skin plump and hydrated. Snail mucin is said to support, repair, and maintain skins moisture.
Furthermore, snail extract brightens, hydrates, and supports healthy skin repair. It also contains hyaluronic acid (boost skins moisture) and arginine amino acid with antioxidant properties (supports elasticity).
ALL Cosrx products are VERY affordable, dermatologist tested, hypoallergenic, paraben free, sulfate free, phthalate free, and alcohol free.
To use Snail Mucin Power Essence: After cleansing and toner, apply a small amount to entire face and neck, let it absorb into skin. I follow it with Cosrx Hyaluronic Acid (see FTF Part 11) and Cosrx Oil-Free Moisturizer (review on this coming soon).
THIS COMBINATION IS LIKE A MULTI-VITAMIN FOR YOUR SKIN!!!
Ps: I also recommend Cosrx Advanced Snail Peptide Eye Cream
I (Dawn) got the MaxKare Electric Heated Throw Blanket for a Christmas gift.
We don’t keep our house warm (winter or summer) it’s down right freezing!
Thanks to menopause I sweat ALL night long and I’m cold ALL day long! I can’t, & it’s beyond frustrating! This heated blanket sure has come in handy when I’m working at my desk or relaxing on the couch. It heats up fast and warms me up in minutes. Very easy to use, and it holds heat really well.
– 50” x 60” size
– heats up evenly & safely
– overheating protection
– 4 hrs auto off
– 3 heating levels (L-M-H)
– Flannel & Sherpa (extra warm and cozy)
This blank keeps me quite toasty warm. If you know someone who is always cold, this is a great gift for them.
I cannot say enough about this Air Dry cream. Dawn & I both love it.
It’s life changing when I need more time in the morning and don’t have the span to blowdry/style, and it also gives my processed blonde hear a break from the heat.
- Provides texture and frizz-free results
- Delivers shine and silky smooth softness
- Leaves hair looking healthy
- No heat needed
- Perfect for all hair types
ALSO! This container is HUGE. This will last you FOR-EVER.
